Hi, I recently bought a 1978 evinrude 115899c 115hp outboard. The tilt/trim has been giving me some problems, here is a description of what happens.
-Trim up works smooth and fine.
-Trim down works BUT when i have the switch pressed the motor spins but does not lower the engine until i let off...
