this boat will start and seems to run decent up until about 2800 rpms or so when you get in throttle to plane out then it start cutting out or missing real bad. i changed the spark plugs and cleaned a cone shaped clear mesh fuel filter and its still missing terrible. Could this be bad fuel or...
