i have a 93 sea ray with a sport jet 90 motor. we accidently flooded it about a month ago and had to rebuild the whole motor with new rings and a new piston. now she runs but only if the throttle is 3/4 or more. but will not idle even for a second. if i spray starting fluid straight into carbs...
