I have a 1993 Celebrity 21 foot run about. I suspect by son put the boat in the water without the plug as i found a lot of water setting below the motor / inboard-outboard. I drained it out and started looking at the oil. Engine oil looks good / normal. Took the lid off the power trim pump...
