I have a volvo penta 290 D1 C1 series drive on a 454 7.4 GL Engine. Before water would go up throug the stern to the engine and back out through the exhaust. now when I hook the muff up water comes out thourgh the intermediate housing and not the exhaust. and the temp rises over the normal140...
