I recently purchased a 2000 suzuki df 25 four stroke. I installed it on my 15'x42" Duracraft boat. The engine seems to start and run very slick but is extremely slow! It will only run 20mph by gps measure. The prop is a 10.5x10. Also, I can be running WOT and the engine is kind of sluggish...
