    1989 Johnson 25hp sail drive.

    Looking for timing spec and idle speed. Also there is a pretty loud knocking/tapping noise coming from the mid-section that I have never heard before?? Any ideas?? Thanks in advance! Also does anybody know where to get good OEM service manuals form??

    1990 force 50hp keeps shearing flywheel keys.

    As title states. I have a 50hp force that the flywheel key will work for about 10 seconds and then breaks in half and throws the timing off. It looks like the area that the key sits in is to damaged to hold it. Another thing I noticed is that the flywheel seems loose. Any ideas?

    gen 1 or gen 2 ???

    I just bought a 1991 Maxum scr2500. There are no markings on it at all, but it does have the old style gear lube bottle thu the vent hole. But it has clips on the trim rams and not nuts?? Any help?
