    Should I rebuild my mercruiser or look for a used? If so, where?

    I bought a 27 ft Grew cruiser with a punched engine. Would it be better to just buy another used engine or rebuild? Can it be replaced with another engine? It is a mercruiser 260. Previous owner did not winterize it and cracked the block. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
