Oil pressure switch / oil pressure sender

No real safety features to it per se because if the engine isn't turning the pump is not being activated via the pumps arm inside the engine block. Here's your pump, https://www.volvopenta.com/shop/0/part-sections/54168662?hintPhrase=&hintType=None Carb...

    Tilt / Trim 50A CB - 2001 GXi-A ... where to look?

While there's circuit breakers mounted on the engine of the 50-amp range for engine items, in looking at some parts catalogs it appears you may have blade type fuses vs a breaker button at the pump area itself...Also could use your transom model number to locate your design pump as it should be...

Oil pressure switch / oil pressure sender

You have a mechanical fuel pump... It's the one with the yellowish hose running to it / to the left of the white oil filter. How about an overall view of the engine.

Oil pressure switch / oil pressure sender

That carburetor appears very dirty and corroded possibly indicating water at some point got in there... Might be time for a carb tear down, inspection and rebuild.

Disconnect the connector wire B in your photo as that should stop the horn....Or find the horn under/behind the helm/dash area and unhook a wire there...Or some will put tape over the horn speaker to get it toned down...

    Starter wire issue

You'll need to know if you're getting spark out the coil and to the spark plugs...Do you happen to see if the RPM gauge is moving any when you crank the engine over to start? Own a timing light to bring to the boat with you for testing? May have hurt the sensor under the distributor cap and...

Sort of better to have an extra one on-board with the tools to change the sensor out should the need come to it out on the water.... Have a new rotor handy to as the rotor could get damaged during the R&R. https://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/subassemblydetail/42256393/28171834...

    4.3L MPI Dead Ignition Circuit

Within reason, that would be correct though keeping in mind connecting to the PCM and confirming power and communication is present would be a crucial diagnostic step especially knowing there were possible codes beforehand... Without a correct wiring diagram, all guessing would be still just as...
