I've got a 1996 Johnson 9.9 outboard that will cold start perfectly fine. But once its been running and is warm, will not restart. I talked to my mechanic in N. Carolina and he said that it could be leaking at the head gasket once the motors warm, and losing compression. Is this even possible...
