I have a suzuki 140 hp 4 stroke not turning up past 3900 rpm with
prop in water but with prop out and in gear will turn up past 4500 rpm and
more. 1. changed gas(have new non ethanol gas in now.} no codes being
emitted \, all filters replaced, still cannot get it to rev up when in lake...
