Can someone tell me please, how to check the tilt/trim fluid level on my 1986 Yamaha 70hp outboard motor, 70ETLJ? And, what type fluid do I add, if it is low?
My outboard, Model 70ETLJ, has begun to jerk/pop as it is raised/lowered. I've never checked the tilt trim level, and would like to know how. Any input or illustrations would be appreciated.
