1996 Yamaha 9.9 4 stroke. Starts fine, then starts running rough on both cylinders, backfiring through carb on acceleration. Lower plug is carbon fouling. Have cleaned carb, adjusted float, looks great. Compression 125lbs both cylinders. Timing is ok. Motor is clean and well taken care of...
