    I have been having a problem with the boat getting on plane. Doesnt seem like the motor has enough power. Theres a screw on the very front of the carb, right above the bore.     I have a 1972 45hp chrysler on a 14ft hydro-v. The engine seems to run smooth, but it doesnt have enough "umph" to get the boat on a plane!! Also, after running full throttle for an extended period, the idle becomes eradic. and if it dies it wont restart. Points look good. anyone got any...
