My trim rams work. However when i put the trim all the way down they bleed off, raising the trim. I've made two supports out of 1" pvc schedule 40 (about an 1/8" thick) I cut a gap in each of them to snap over the hydrolic ram. When the system...
When I jump on the throttle to pull up a skier, I get a slight cough and then it takes of like a bat outa hell. What would cause this hiccup or stumble. It doesn't sound like a backfire through the carb just a slight "whump" and then it goes.
What do you think?

I'm looking for a seal kit or the seals for the hydraulic rams. (Trim/tilt) I guess it's called. Just bought the boat a couple weeks ago. Have an additional 600+ into it just to get it to this point. Very nice for an '85, but it needs some tlc to make it sound.
