Hello, everybody , I have a 1989 2.3L Ford OMC cobra, I was driving my CITATION boat this weekend , I was going fine nice speed in plane, and then when I slow down to get into my channel the boat stop going FWD, the motor sounds good but when I shift the boat does not move and doesnt sound good...
