I have a 2001 60 hp four stroke . I may have two problems I`m not sure. When I get up in speed the beeper alarm goes off .But when I slow down it will go off. I was looking at the water coming out of the water pump.It would come out ok ,but when I sped up,it would sputter.But still come out...
