I have a '85 Honda 9.9 (BF100)that starts first time with the choke out but refuses to idle. When warm it will rev high with the choke half in then die. It ran rough last year, but now won't idle.<br />I did not drain the carb last year and assumed a gung build up. I cleaned the fuel pump...
