I have a 2002 60 merc outboard, what is going on is that everytime i take off she sputters and bogs but after a couple seconds she opens up and flys. What I have done is put new plugs in and gaped them to 40 thou had the carbs checked and had them sinked. I ran the motor and pulled the fuel line...
