    wet spark plug 99 25hp

    1999 johnson 2strk 25hp engine runs pretty well but misses intermittantly.Every time I check the plugs the plug from the top cylinder is wet and I can see moisture in the cylinder. Like I said I t runs pretty well. I don't know if the moisture is fuel or water. Compression is ok. Any...
