    Change a Nav light bulb

Sorry for such a basic question. I have one nav bulb out on my bayliner 192 (see photo). I have undone the screws which are on the rubber/plastic base but it wont come off. Should I be prying on the chrome part or the rubber part. Does it slide backwards, twist? I don't want to break it...

    Bayliner Discovery 192 cover (2008)

I have been looking for a cover that would cover the back of the boat up to the windshield and snap in place. Because of the rails on the cuddy I dont see a need to cover up the front and in past water has collected on the front and added stress and weight to the boat. Has anyone seen a cover...

    OMG.......Finding a kicker is frustrating!

Okay so I had my Bayliner Discovery 192 measured up for a kicker and it turns out I need the 25" shaft if the cavitation plate is going to match the depth of my hull. Turns out that the Yamaha T8 w/25" shaft only comes with power trim (which I don't want) which adds $800 to the cost. There is...

    High Thrust or Standard Outboard?

I have a Bayliner 192 cuddy and am looking for a kicker for it. A buddy suggested an 8 hp high thrust engine but I have seen people with 21 foot boats who have standard 8 hp engines and are quite happy with them. I beleive my boat only weighs about 3000 lbs or so. It will be for fishing and...
