I recently had a regulator unit to begin overcharging on my 85 omc crossflow 150. I had a spare stator/regulator setup that was a 35 amp, but the regulator unit was faulty as well. I was wondering if a 10 amp regulator would work with the 35 amp stator, or should I match the lower 10 amp output...
