I have recently been given a 20' 1993 excel with volvo penta i/o. The engine is a 430b and the outdrive is a sp-c.
I've been told the out drive is "burned up". The upper assembly of the outdrive has been taken off and I don't know exactly what the problem is. I'm going to be investigating this...
