Hey guys new to this forum, I have a 91 evinrude intruder that will not trim down it trims up just fine but it does not go down. Checked fluid there seem to be plenty of fluid in it when I take the cap of it comes running out so just wanting so opinions on what else might be wrong thanks.:mad:
