I have a 60 hp merc 4 stroke with power trim. 2008. Lund ss classic 1660. My problem is the pitot hose keeps getting pinched in the power trim. Does anyone else have this problem? How is it supposed to be routed?

WOT range 5500 to 6000 rpm
the mercury aluminum 3 blade prop from the dealer was 10 3/8 inch diameter 13" pitch
with dealer prop WOT was 6100 @ 36 mph
