I just bought this boat it has a 65 hp 19??Evinrude motor the seller said it was a 94 but another man said they did not make 65hp in the 90's. My problem is the boat sit all last year. I got it to crank but it will not go over a idle speed. What could be the problem? carbs? please help!!
