When running at 4/5ths power everything is fine - at full throttle it boggs down and a whistle sounds (probably lack of gas). I had all of the carbs cleaned w/ new gaskets & seals. Nothing changed. My mechanic found a piece of feul hose jammed down in the feul pickup tube in the gas tank...
