How would you remove the lower unit on a 1961 Johnson 75 Seahorse

The lower unit is not an electronic. The motor runs but I removed the drain screw from the lower unit to look for water to drain out and it did. I decided it would be best to fix that problem before running it to much thanks to the advise posted in this forum. I tried putting the shifter in gear...
