I own a 2006 Hurricane powered with an outboard Honda 135 hp. Until last year I was able to get up on plane with only 4000rpm's. I very seldom had to go over 4500 rpm while powering in the back bays. This year 4000 rpm's won't even get me up on plane and today I needed to use 5000-6000 rpm's...
