Got a 1977 Evinrude 35HP electric start w/remote on a recent old boat purchase. <br />Rebuilt the starter to get it working. Removed and cleaned the carb and reed valve.<br />Good spark on new plugs and fuel is getting to spark plugs. Compression is 90 in top <br />cyl and only 58 in bottom...
