I have a '94 Yamaha 2 stroke outboard. I just installed a new carborator kit in my engine in hopes that it would solve my idle problem. It did not. When I ran the engine on the dinghy it would not idle, and would not give me full power either.I am thouroughly confused and desparate for advice...
