I am a new boat owner so please bare with me. I just bought a 1977 Galaxy which has an OMC Stern Drive. There is a constant knocking noise in the stern drive and noticed the ball gears were a bit worn. The ball gears are like 30% worn. Is this what could be causing the knocking? and if it is...
