    water in oil...engine ceased

    89 omc 2.3L with (salt)water in the oil. The boat ran great the last time it was out...when i made it back home to flush the engine, it wouldnt crank(locked up). I drained the oil and replaced with new oil. Everyone here says manifolds and risers, so i pulled them off and they visually look...
