    9.9 mercury no spark

    I have a 2000 mercury outboard ( SN 0T044451) that is used as a kicker on my boat. it is started with the pull cord. There is no spark on either cylinder. does anyone know the ohm measurments for this motor or have any other suggestions. i know the motor ran but its been about a year.
