    Re: 1958 12 foot starcraft speedster Not sure if this is going to work, but anyway here's my attempt at the photos. Has some original nice hardware on it, rearview mirror, transom corner pieces with cast in handles, wheel, winshield brackets. Looks like a fun little boat.

    Scott Atwater lower unit leak

    My 7.5 hp Scott is leaking fluid from around the prop shaft. Is there any fix to this? Not sure if there is some sealer, additive or bushing treatment is acceptable. Thanks

    Poking around in my Uncle's boathouse I found this old Johnson brochure. Thought I might share it with you guys. I think the artwork is superb and on the last page the Seahorse and boat are the nuts. Can't quite make out the date but it looks to be 1938. Ron

    Merc 60 pumping air blowing bubbles

    As subject says, I have a Merc 60. Six horse twin '61 + - ser# 1433859. Changed out the impeller and still can't get it to pump water out the pee hole. In fact it's blowing air, most likely exhaust out the hole and down at the lower unit seam. Did I miss something putting it back together...

    Got a Wards Seaking with a 3.5 Clinton engine. I have to guess it is a mid seventies. It's an air cooled job with exhaust through the water. I've been reading some the posts about fuel oil mix and I'm just trying to do the right thing. Right on the engine cowl it reads fuel oil mix 50:1, yet...

    1962 Sportwin 10 Hp cutting in and out

    Took the Evinrude out yesterday and had problems with it cutting out on the way to high rpm's. It would start to rev up, then down, up, down then roar off OK. Seems to be something loose in ignition system because it was like a switch, on, off, on, off. Stalled out once after trolling along...
