I have a 9.8 Tohatsu 4 stroke. The rubber gasket / seal around the bottom edge of the hood / cowl that goes around the engine no longer sticks to the inner surface of the hood.
A year or so ago I tried to reaffix it with some sort of marine glue (I forget which) but it did not stay adhered...
