WHAT WATER PSI should my 1984 mercury 6cyl 115 have mechanic told me it is a low psi high volume system with new impeller kit i have 0 psi idle (water coming out hole) and WOT only have 6 maybe 7psi???????? is this right thought should be over 10 psi anyway
