Hoping one of you mechanics can help out here - I have '79 65 horse that won't put out under load. Starts fine, idles ok (maybe a slight miss), and under no-load condition revs up fine. But in the water the RPM's don't get up much at all - just bogs. Carbs look good, cleaned and reinstalled...
