I recently purchased a 91 sea sprite with a 120 horse force engine, took it on the water on and could only get 2500 rpms at about 10 mph...brought it home to find the top cylinder has about 10-15 pounds of compression, number 2 has 90 and the bottom 2 have 125-130, does this sound like head...
