:confused: I'm a newbie to boat motors.
I have a 1984 Mercury 60 model 1600U. Had a prop break that caused the lower shaft to shake out of the lower unit.
I re-installed the shaft, replaced the plastic retaining nut refilled with lube, now The unit is stuck in forward.
Is this a serious...
