hey Guys:
I have an '83 Johnson 60 hp 2 stroke engine. I have had it worked on and it ran fine once. Then when I shifted into forward it jumped twice like I had hit something. Now when you shift into forward or reverse it rebs up but it wont go into either, it just sounds like it is hotting...
