    1998 200HP(EFI) Mariner help needed

    I have a 1998 Mariner that has trouble getting out of the hole.If you ease into the throttle to get up on plane it just boggs down.If you move the throttle quickly to full throttle it will take off(most of the time).Smokes alot as well like it is injecting too much oil....Thanks for your help!
