I have a 65hp 1973 Evinrude Triumph that dies every time I put it in gear. Motor idles quite nicely..but I have to use the choke every time I want to start it - even if it's warm. Have good compression on all 3 cylinder (>100). A timing light indicated I get spark on every plug. Took the carbs...
