I Have A 95 40 Hp Force. The Trim Goes Up And Down Fine. The Problem Is That When You Go Up I Can Stop The Engine By Putting Very Little Pressure On The Lower Unit. When Going Down It Works Find. There Is No Leak Down If It Sits Up. I Was Thinking It Was In The Check Valves. I Took Apart...
