I have a Johnson 15hp 1988. I bought it rebuilt a year ago. It has worked great untill now. It starts and idles fine. even goes into gear and runs fine at idle speed. When I give it gas it starts to go but then loses rpm. Does'nt really stall out but slows down in rpm. It will not reach full...
I pulled the pull cord out and it won't go back in. It still works for the last few inches but most of the cord will not coil back in. Did the spring break? Any ideas? I do have the manual for the motor. Thanks
I bought this motor a year ago totally rebuilt and has worked great until now. It starts and idles fine but when I try to give it more throttle, it stalls out. If I pump the gas ball at that point it will make it through and then it runs fine after that and full throttle is fine. Seem like it...
