i have a 1986 75 hp 3 cyl. outboard. It starts and runs well untill you put it in the water and put a load on it. it runs ok at a very low speed but as soon as i try and open it up it just boggs way down. I can only get it to about 2000 rpms. and then it just boggs down. i cleaned the carbs...
