I am attempting a spring tune up ( rookie mechanic ) and will be replacing fuel filter, plugs , drain carb , new gas ,etc.. What is a suspension strainer and should it be replaced or cleaned ?
When i use the hand throttle to speed up it works fine but when i slow down it goes from hi speed to almost stop. There is no gentle way to slow the boat down. Trowling speed which has always been good is now stalling.??
