    had my bayliner 2655 5,7 litre out today, ran very well with 3 people on board, then i ran it with 6 people in it, it would not plane at all, if i add a little weight to front will this improve it, it is a 26 foot boat. or is this just normal?

    engine idle

    hi, i have a 1991 mercruiser ,5.7, just wondering when i am starting i have to open throttle 3/4 to get it to start, also until fully warm it does not want to idle, will idle for a minute and then revs get lower and lower until it stalls is this normal? thanks ger....
