Got all injectors out of both engines and sent them out for cleaning. 10 came back with all the numbers the same before the cleaning and two came back "dead". I am beggining to think that I just wasted $170.
My question is that there are two gaskets sandwiched at the head (spray nozzle)...
Twin 2001 150 HPDI's - Port motor starts to loose RPM's (2000+ drop) when it hits 5000 RPM. Used the YDS software and got the code for injector. Cleared the code, duplicated the problem, and then no more code. I have narrowed it down to an injector because I switched out the VST tanks and...
The problem started when one of my throttle bodies froze up. I pushed the throttle so hard that I thought I stretched the cable because the throttles were un-even when I got it freed. I replaced the cables and have lined up the adjustments. The starboard throttle has to be pushed forward farther...

The fuel managment guage is the one giving me a problem. The Synch does not work (it used to). The fuel burn is not correct (total and actual). I filled the tank...
I have twin 150 HPDI's (2001 models) The fuel flow gauge is not giving me a correct reading. While trolling it fluctuates from around 3 to 18 GPH, also the fuel burned is off to. I cant find the part # for the little meter that measures the fuel flow. I have separate ones for each motor...
