Am having trouble removing the elect./mech. tilt housing on an '85 era 280 outdrive. Have the Clymer manual which says to remove 2 allen hd. bolts from base, after putting drive all the way down, and then lift. It appears to be frozen or welded in place. Drive is very slow going up or down and...
